Congratulations to all of the Port Jervis Common Council members and Port Jervis Fire Department Chiefs and Officers who completed their Oaths of Office this afternoon, administered by Honorable Robert A. Onofry, Ret. Justice of the Supreme Court of New York State.
The January 1, 2026 program began with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by the singing of the National Anthem by Emma Siegel, and Oaths of Office completed by PJFD Chief Anthony Fuller, 1st Asst. Chief Jeffrey D. Lewis, 2nd Asst. Chief Christopher Southard, Secretary William R. Werner, Treasurer Rob A. Waligroski, Deputy Chief 1 James W. Rohner, Jr., Deputy Chief 2 Frank Fuller III, Deputy Chief 3 Keith Brown.
Port Jervis Common Council Oaths of Office were completed by Mayor Dominic Cicalese, Councilman-at-Large Michael Hockenberry, Council members 1st Ward Jason Vicchiarriello, Colin O'Connell, 2nd Ward Maria Mazarra, Misty Fuller, 3rd Ward Gerald Oney, Jeffrey Rhoades, 4th Ward Stanley Siegel, Jacqueline Dennison
