Everyone has been asking about the impact of ongoing rain showers on today's Tri-State Chamber of Commerce's Rick Drew Holiday Parade which is scheduled to kickoff this afternoon at 5 p.m.
We just spoke (12:30 p.m.) with one of the longtime parade organizers, Tom McCarron, who said a decision is expected within the next hour or so. McCarron said that while rain is expected to taper off before lineup begins, another rain front is being watched as it approaches and is currently expected to possibly hit the area around 4 p.m. or so.
