Port Jervis veteran posts to host annual Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony -- Monday, May 26

The annual Port Jervis Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony will take place on Monday, May 26, 2025. Lineup for the parade is at 9:30 a.m. at Gray Parker Funeral Home, 100 East Main Street. Step-off is at 10:30.

The parade will process down East Main Street toward Pike Street, then down Pike Street to Orange Square/Veterans Park for a ceremony to take place mid-square -- surrounded by the many memorial monuments erected over the past century-plus!

While in the square, be sure to visit these monuments (the first was dedicated in 1886) and take time to reflect on the ultimate sacrifices made by the local men and women they represent. We owe them and their families a debt of gratitude that can never be forgotten.
