CUDDEBACKVILLE, NY – The local Neversink River Festival 2026 is in full swing at Orange County’s historic D&H Canal Park (entrance along the river beside Bicentennial Elementary School, Cuddebackville, NY)!
The event began on Friday evening, August 14 and runs through Sunday evening, August 16 (dawn to dusk on all days).
Some of the highlights include a wide range of bands, dancers, DJ, and vocalists, hand-crafted wares, fly-fishing, law enforcement, and other demonstrations, and freshly cooked foods and refreshing drinks.
There is no admission charge for the event, but a $5 parking donation is being collected for the local all-volunteer fire company.
The festival is being hosted by the Lower Huguenot Neighborhood Alliance, chaired by LHNA President William “Billy” Smith.
Smith and others involved in the group invite everyone to stop by on this beautiful summer weekend to enjoy the music, demonstrations, crafts, and good old-fashioned community fun.
